My consultations are designed to provide you with information about your skin, how to achieve your goals, and provide you with a clear plan. Consultations are free for first-time clients who also book a treatment. The separate consultation fee of $50 can be redeemed on products or future treatments.
No. I specialise in high-level advanced treatments designed to minimise the appearance and prevent the signs of aging. My treatments can be used if you want to look after your skin without using injectables or in conjunction with injectable treatments to help improve the longevity of results.
Certain medications and medical conditions can alter your skin’s sensitivity and/or the way the body responds to treatments.
To make sure I provide the right treatment for your individual needs and circumstances, I need to gain a good understanding of anything you could be taking that might alter the effects of the treatments as well any medical conditions including allergies that could be contraindicated. I also might suggest a change in your skincare for a few weeks leading up to the more advanced treatments to prep your skin.

Skin Membership Terms and Conditions:
All appointments are subject to The Skin Therapist Cancellation and Privacy Policies.
Memberships are non-transferable. Only the person who purchased the membership can redeem treatments and purchase product using the membership discount
All Memberships require an upfront payment with the first scheduled payment starting from sign-up date.
No contracts; you may cancel at anytime. We require that you provide a minimum of 2 business days notice before next scheduled payment.
If membership cancellation occurs before the membership is completed, there is no early termination fee. However, if you have used membership treatments in advance, you will be charged for these at the members’ rate upon cancellation of membership.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts are only available on full priced treatments and products. If already discounted, the lesser of the two prices will apply.
You will receive the number of membership treatments as defined by the plan selected. Please note you cannot exchange or change the membership treatments stated unless agreed to by The Skin Therapist.
The Skin Therapist reserves the right to change or terminate the skin membership programme at any time with a minimum one month’s notice.
Membership will not automatically renew at the end of the 6 or 12 month period.
You must use the benefits that are included in the membership within the time frame. However, the treatments will be available for 3 months post membership expiry.
Changes to your health and any medication you take may adversely impact your treatments and you must notify your therapist of any changes prior to undertaking any treatments or services.

We collect your personal information for a lawful purpose connected with a function or an activity of the agency. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter relevant medical history or current medications, we’ll be unable to provide some services. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee may apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
